Out-of-Hours Emergency Plumbing & Heating

We offer emergency plumbing and heating services outside of standard opening hours. When a pipe bursts, a boiler fails on a cold night, or a toilet overflows, help is available beyond Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm and weekend morning hours.

What Counts as an Emergency?

• Burst or leaking pipes causing flooding or significant water damage
• Complete loss of heating in cold weather
• No hot water
• Blocked toilet that is overflowing or unusable
• Gas-related emergencies (after making the situation safe and contacting the National Gas Emergency Service if required)
• Other urgent plumbing or heating failures that cannot wait until normal opening hours

Standard Hours vs Emergency

Our standard opening hours are Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm and Saturday–Sunday 9 am–1 pm. Outside these times we provide emergency plumbing and heating services. Non-urgent work is best booked during standard hours.

For gas emergencies (smell of gas, suspected leak): turn off the gas at the meter if safe, open windows, do not operate electrical switches or naked flames, evacuate if necessary, and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999. Contact us once the situation is safe for appliance repair or further work.
