2. Scope of Services

We provide plumbing, central heating, gas appliance, servicing, certification and blockage clearance services as described on our website. All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers.

3. Quotations and Pricing

Quotations are provided based on the information available at the time. We aim to give clear, fair estimates before work begins. Additional work required that was not reasonably foreseeable may incur extra charges, which will be discussed with you where practicable before proceeding.

4. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and other methods as advised. Late payment may attract interest and recovery costs as permitted by law.

5. Appointments and Access

Please ensure access is available at the agreed time. If we are unable to gain access and you have not given reasonable notice of cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a call-out or wasted journey fee.

6. Guarantees and Warranty

Workmanship is carried out to a professional standard. Parts and appliances may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Any specific guarantee on our work will be confirmed at the time of the job. Guarantee claims must be notified promptly and do not cover damage caused by misuse, third parties or lack of maintenance.

7. Emergency and Out-of-Hours Work

Emergency and out-of-hours work may be charged at different rates from standard-hour work. Rates and availability will be confirmed when you contact us.

8. Health and Safety

We take health and safety seriously. You must inform us of any known hazards at the property. We may refuse or suspend work if conditions are unsafe.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address the issue. Contact details are on our website and on invoices.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of the contract will apply to that work.
